i have a same model dell inspiron 3000 series though configuration is different i5 4200u , 4 gigs ram , 1 tb hdd 5400 rpm , nvidia 920 2 gigs graphics card + touch screen. using it for more than a year . verdict - not satisfactory performance made a wrong decision . keyboard changed once and touch pad changed twice. Now I am seeing a white bright spot in the middle of the screen . wasted $745. disgusted. Guys need your suggestion "should i upgrade the ram to 8 gigs(this is maximum,single channel) and 256 gigs ssd . or use it as it is for two more year .
