I have this same laptop actually, and mine did come with a keyboard backlight, also the screen is a touchscreen. I do have a question, can the graphics card be upgraded?

I added 8G of more Ram but the computer was able to play Ark survival, Elder scrolls, fall out, Minecraft ?ふ The display looked great for it being a laptop and the batter hold up pretty well through out the day if you are not gaming. If you plan to game you better keep it plugged in as it will drain it fast! Also a little on the heavier side.

I bought it and i instantly sold it. The temps are way too high for the price of the laptop and materials, after 25 minutes of rendering at 1080p (not to mention that i took around 2 hours and 43 minutes to render a video of a lenght of 8 minutes). I got an AMD quadcore laptop for half the price; with an SSD, 8 ram at 2033mhz and dedicated 4GB graphics; i rendered the same video and it took me around 23-36 minutes; the results speak by themselves.

Totally waste product, just a very sub-standard product from Dell. 1. Terribly slow, it doesnot look like core i5 at all, some old celeron re-furbished processor 2. Audio jack (headset output) does work at its convenience. Even if it works you hear cracking noise (like old radio cracking sound) 3. Dell support is useless - they dont give comprehensive onsite warranty. You got to call their call center, they will do remote session & say "everything is fine, working" now OS support is not covered, so you contact Microsoft 4. Weighs like a 5kg brick, difficult to carry For this crap I paid 59K, believing in brand DELL. Absolute crap !
Those stupid keyboards that look and feel like the buttons of an old pocket calculator are horrible, I'll never buy a laptop again until they wake the f#@& up and bring back real keyboards that can actually be used for intensive typing.

Hi asking for a friend here. is the graphic card for this model is soldered of detachable? his laptop fell, so now hes have problem to install the graphic card driver (amd radeon) and he doubt something wrong with it because installation always fail with error graphic card not there.

In Mexico we get the 5567 without dedicated graphics, it rather sticks to intel HD620 (not UHD620) and still it can do some gaming performing very well
