How come yours come with a black keyboard? I just purchased this on Best Buy and it has a silver keyboard the matches the rest of the laptop. To be honest to me the keys are awful. They are very stiff.

_Fast as hell- touchscreen is perfect __lnfo.help/_dellInspiron __   The screen sometimes glares too much - have to tilt down or up.. and slightly pulls on my eye sometimes if I use it for long hours. Able to open 3 browsers with 30 tabs each open+ plus running word docs, editing software etc at the same time. Boots up quick- ssd hard drive works wonders. no complaints._

Sorry for my english, I’m not a native speaker. I bought this computer last year, and it runs fine but i have had some problems with the spekears when watching movies or listening to music, they saturate at high notes, and also the finger id works when it wants to, a lot of times it just simply dosen’t work. Is it my computer or this things have happen to anyone else? Oh and the battery life is awful

the problem is the design. DELL needs to hire many good disigners. That laptop is very UGLY. If u look at LENOVO, íts very pretty.... they should design something similar to lenovo.... that laptop is good but the design is ugly...tháts why i dónt want to buy it
I just got this laptop from Best buy, open box for $600. However, it was buggy as hell. Overheated when I first installed Windows, then turned off then "battery is critical" in bios message pops up. It was at 50%... Then it has wifi issues where it won't load pages for minutes, if at all. My friend got an HP Envy and was having a blast, I was having a horrible time. Returning it today.

I have this laptop...13.3' i7 10th Gen. 16GB RAM 512GB SSD with a magnetic stylus which is awesome. It's a great laptop for all functions and portability. I think it's a great laptop. The only downside is the sounds but it comes with wavesmax audio to tweak the sounds to get a better sound quality.
I also have this laptop and will never recommend you to buy this laptop. Laptop is heavy can not be use as tablet. battery backup poor. build quality is very poor. camera quality is also poor.

SCAM!!! stay away from dell if you value your sanity, terrible customer service. shipped me a faulty machine last year and have refused o replace it. the have spent a total of 3 months in the last year servicing the machine, replaced almost every component and still refuse to accept responsibility for breaching my consumer rights on the purchase of a functional system. they have caused me to fall behind on college while I wait for them to send me around in circles. its like being in a scam...
