I bought this computer a year ago (and 3 months). So far, they had to replace the Hard Drive, Motherboard and the charging port, because they were ALL defective. It's been 3 months since all this faulty pieces were changed (After a hard time of contacting the terrible Dell Tech Support) and now the battery is not working anymore (even tho I reported problems with charging since the beginning) . The warranty won't apply to this piece anymore because its been more than a year since i bought it. And right now I'm struggling with my laptop once again, given than after upgrading the newest BIOS version it won't even turn on. IT'S BEEN A TERRIBLE COMPUTER. I wont even be thinking about buying DELL anymore.

Do not buy dell , i bought dell Inspiron 3000 series and i hardly used it it has deffective motherboard which will stop working exactly after the warranty expires, and charges 13000 INR to replace it. And its issue for each and every dell Inspiron laptop i checked with friends colleagues and internet is full of that complaint, it wont turn on unless you change the mother board, If somebody wants sue dell i will provide financial assistance.
