I got it and it's not that durable. I would not get it. Umm the screen already broke very quickly. My phone with a otterbox case dented it when it fell by accident. Honestly it is overall pretty limited. Would rather buy something like M1 macbook air because that runs way smoother than the 7373

I have this laptop, it has a really nice screen, great performance, 256 gigs SSD, and a clicky keyboard. The only problem for me is the 3 hour and 30 minute battery life.

Hi, since Dell has decided to ignore me. I would like ask you for help in case you know how to fix the problem I present in this video. Thanks one will probably see or care about this but I thought I would give an update on my device after almost 3 years of ownership. I got a 16 gb RAM, i7 model with 256 gb ssd at a good price especially with a student discount. I was very happy with it initially and the 2 in 1 function is nice, but make sure to get an Ntrig pen to get the good usage out of it. However, I planned for the laptop to be somewhat futureproof but the i7 (that is now beaten by the 10th gen i5) is notorious for high heat. This then causes the 38 wH batteyr to die pretty soon (yes I know that they are technically supposed to only last 18-24 mo). Plus, a few months ago, the hinge bolts in the inside screen backplate have come off because of the plastic holes probably breaking so it always pops out and flexes the screen. Felt really strong initially, but not happy with the resulting long term durability.
Hate the fact the new inspirions got thicker!
I have had it and the battery is horrible I got the most expensive version and the battery last around 1.2 hours and losses all its charge while unplugged and shut down

I use this laptop. I have no complaints at all other than the battery charge life can be better.

I'm with you, I find this much sexier than the XPS. As a matter of fact, I don't like the XPS at all. I took a chance and bought one of these on Amazon. It was listed as brand new, but was in fact refurbished. Sent it back for a refund, so have been looking at reviews for a replacement. Everyone keeps telling me to go XPS if I'm buying Dell, but I'm just not feeling it, especially with the negative reviews of the killer WiFi that keeps dropping. Does anyone know what card the Inspiron 7370 use by any chance?
