I have the same laptop in my hands right now and I am searching for pens suitable for this excat laptop but there are only few videos on here explaining this issue and they still don't mention the Dell Inspiron 13 5000 Series. This laptop is FUCKING garbage (well youll understand at the bottom), it takes more than FUCKING 10 Minutes to restart it, every time you force shut it, it will be 100x SLOWER, Keyboard is not bad but turns to shit after some months of usage, technically its not mine but the owners keep saying NO to actually replace it, Some guy said its the Hard Drive and they still refuse, but thats what happens when you get a fucked hard drive on a laptop i guess.
I have this in i 7 6th gen 8gb ram and its fast & perfect .

I bought one of these Dell laptop from Costco. After it updated itself it stopped working. I am returning it back and buy a HP. I also bought a G7 from Amazon. My G7 ( Dell gaming laptop) crashes a lot. HP lasts longer and it is more reliable.
Do not buy any products from dell!! They stole your money just to have best prices than other computer. I bought the inspiron 13 5000 and less than a year it became slower than my sister 2 year old MacBook pro. Other laptops might be expensive with less gb but it is worth it. I regret to buy this dell laptop. It is a waste of money
