these are excellent fans. i did extensive testing with the UF 120 pwm vs the noctua NF-12 on a coolermaster hyper 212 evo and the deepcool fan is quieter and has about 1 degree bettter cooling on that particular heatsink. that heatsink does better with certain "air flow" fans rather than the static pressure variety.

Is it actually safe to use a fan hub like this? i.e. to connect 4 fans to a single fan header on the motherboard. Also, when connecting a 3-pin fan to this fan 4-pin PWM hub, will the 3-pin fan speed be controllable too or is still going to at run a full speed all the time?
