I recently bought 5star FTKM series AC. it is not cooling enough. I made a complaint to the local AC dealer. It took them 4days to conclude that AC is taking 4hours to reduce the temperature from 29 degrees to 23 degrees. Now they have made complaint to authorised service centre. If there is some issue in product quality will I get full replacement of the product?

Sir Ji, Big Thank you. Super information, based on your valuable information and my research i have decided to go with FTKZ, only the con being no wifi. still power saving and cool air to hai hi. I called my local Diakin solutions plaza , also talked to DIAKIN SALES MANAGER , confirmed all info in video is TRUE and good and then ordered MY FTKZ 2021 being delivered tomorrow. i would surely keep pics and my review comments here.
Do not buy FTKZ model. Have purchased this ac 5 months ago and since then hissing noise is continuously coming from the indoor unit. Called Daikin technician and district head 10 times but they could not identify the problem. Asked them to change the outdoor unit but they said that it is not causing this problem and blamed on the piping instead. They have changed the indoor unit and piping, even then noise is continuously coming. Did not expect this from brand like Daikin.

Sir I'm using this Model since one month, But fail to understand, the ambient temperature display,I set temperature at 26℃ but ambient temperature display from 24℃ to 26℃ मेरे कहने का मतलब जब वो 24℃ पर रात को आता होता है तो ठंठ लगती है जब की मैंने 26℃ सेट किया है तो ऐसे क्यो,मेरे पुराना inverter Diakin 2012 model में ऐसे नही था 26 पर सेट किया और पूरा comfort in night लेकीन ये कभी ठंड लगने लगती है कभी गरमी where as i set temperature at 26 क्या मेरे unit में कोई problem है
Sir kindly explain on FTkZ50tv16U compressor frequency settings,which can be set by Setting 18℃ and simultaneously pressing sleep and similarly for 50% by setting 17℃ .by pressing sleep and display for 3 sec. Never buy. Company sold me old repaired AC in new packing. AC started giving trouble right after installation and has stopped working. Registered complaint with local dealer and Daikin toll free number. No body is listening . Their after sale service is worst. After spending Rs. 50K I am feeling quite helpless . Please go for the Indian Brands .never buy Daikin.
