Thankfully, this dude Vlado pointed out that per 2 scoop you get 32 grams of protein, but you are consuming 70 grams all together. That is a huge issue. I myself would not suggest this protein, but we all have different diets, the breakdown is below. Also, they market it at $26 for 30 servings, but that is one scoop which is 16g of protein, so if you double that it makes this protein a garbage pick because you are paying $26 for like 2 weeks or less. I guess a few years ago Muscle Milk changed its formula and a lot of customers claimed it tasted horrible. Has Muscle Milk changed their formula back to the old one? Or have they improved the new one to taste better? I use to love the old chocolate flavor and often times used it as a meal replacement when I had to be on the go.
