One of the worst customer service of all times, I have used so many products from different brands but never faced this kind of treatment. I bought their wireless buds Torq for 6k+ last year, which is still under warranty, after several email exchange they finally asked me to send of the buds for replacement/repair, then after more the 15 days when I inquired about them they reply back telling that the ic chip of the right earbud is damaged due to over charging or power fluctuations which isn't true at all. First of all they would ask you to courier the product at your own cost and then they refuse that this doesn't come under warranty, after so many emails still they keep on ignoring and reply maybe once in a week. I kept on telling them if it occurred due to over charging then wouldn't both the buds be affected as I charge both of them together in the case but they r ignorant and keeps on nagging that it's customer's fault and they would do anything. Then they ask to pay for the return charges or else they would not return my product too. This is not expected from any brands, the worst experience every, and just to repair that one bud they asked for RS 3999 which is horrendous. Folks do keep this in mind before buying any of their products, if your luck is good n the product works then it's okay or else you are jst wasting so much of your hard earned money... Left earbud stopped working
I just received this and can tell you its the worst ear buds you can buy. Its completely "off-balance". Bass it too high, and beats are really suppressed because of it. And you feel, someone is just playing drum in your ears nothing else. Although at price for 5k , you can't expect much. I bought for running purpose, but I guess the only use it has is for Office work, or when I miss charging my old earbuds.
Don't purchase crossBeats product.Very very poor quality & poor service support.
After using this for 3 days, I have come to a conclusion that this particular product is Poor quality Product or rather I could say it's a half baked cake. This TWS comes with tons of features, but the basic feature of seamless connectivity is missing. The left earbud automatically gets disconnected during long calls. I have requested a refund but got denied by the support team. Plus, It's very hard to reach out to customer support. Their WhatsApp number is always not reachable, and even if the message is delivered, they don't even bother to reply back. I am a genuine buyer, I bought 4 products from Crossbeats. after this experience I personally don't recommend Crossbeats to anyone.

One of the worst product i used they said battery backup would be 8 hours on buds but its only 1 hour maximum and buds get connected even when it's case when i asked customer care they said if charging dock is less then 25% it will connected automatically right bud is showing heating issue and their customer care service is also so bad

Disappointment....kal hi mile ye and not up to the mark...zyada derr tk nhi pehn skte feels bulky...na hi kuch zyada bdiya sound hai...mic quality is not up to the mark...6 mic hone ke bavjood bhi quality achi nahi...na he return krne ki inki koi policy hai...mail kro koi reply nhi ata..call kro num. bzy rehte inke....is se better 2k tak ke koi bhi lelo
