i own this case and it has served me well i am now just doing research and im pretty happy about it
Bet you never thought there would be another comment on this video. I just wanted to update. I have used this case for 6 years now, and it currently holds my recent AMD build. Why not upgrade the case? Because it is damn good enough for a B450 motherboard with AMD 3600 cpu and RTX 2060. Plus the airflow is better than most of the tempered glass cases on the market. Plus, Love the orange!
First of all to your question yes I'd love to see more mid-ranged reviews. I know that tis video is old and that my comment will vanish into nothingness on this huge channel GJ on those 12 Million Subscriptions BTW. My feedback ever since the case came out is that its never let me down. I have been rocking on with it steadily and reassuringly, the fan's are still silent as hell and deliver great cooling power in terms of fresh air from the front intake. The drive bay For HDD hasn't let loose in structural power even though the case is more than 6 Years old and had its fair share in drive swaps. The cutout for the CPU backside has come in handy as I have had my Waterpump of my AIO, fail leading to a swap without having to take the entire system apart. I'm leaving this comment to reassure that your advice from 2014 was right on the money and that I will never swap out this case unless the format cannot be continued due to new developments in Tech (AMD/Nvidia). For many years I used a Corsair 300r. Which you reviewed. It was pretty good for the price. I would like to see more of these.

Hi Linus I came from the future, because this case being sold for 50€ in 2019, and I wanted to check your review. In my time you don't do this kind of stuff no more, only videos about high end stuff, and by having other priorities I won't afford. I would prefer if you took the time and effort to pick builds < 1500$ and made them shine, like "How to future proof your system for the next 5 years". One heads up from the future, RTX is a lie.
4.5 years later on case still hovering about same price and I was thinking of updating my case until I read/watched reviews. probably stick with the 230T for a bit longer.

My dad bought one 6 years ago but i dont inside of this machine its a gamer pc Its 2000 dolar which mean he bought it for 4000 turkish lira now this is 14.000 tl which is still 2000 dolar its from america he never showed me the computer
I have this case and its great. Only problem is you have to wire properly at the back so it won't bulk up and won't be difficult to close the case

I was able to pick up this case for only $30 US dollars with a $20 rebate from Corsair from my local Fry's! IMO I am happy with this case for a budget build. The color (Rebel Orange) is unique especially paired with a RBG LED strip. The color is more burnt orange than red.

I would get the corsair af140 purple edition fans in that i think the colors would look good together.
2 questions. Can I change the fans in the front and does the radiator need the fans? I, buying the grey case and I want blue and white fans on the front, and I'm also buying the h100i clu cooler and I thought you needed the fans on it.

To anyone buying this case, don't. Just spend a few extra bucks and pick up a nicer Corsair, NZXT, Fractal Design or Antec case. I just picked this up on sale and it's a nice case don't get me wrong. It's just missing a few features, especially in the cable management department. There are no rubber grommets and the 4 2.5" drive bays are awkwardly places so that the SATA and power cables face towards the rear of the case and not towards the back panel where you usually tuck away cables. This case also has no noise dampening and only has fan filters on the front of the case and a PSU filter. Most of the things i mentioned you can probably see for yourself in the video but i thought id mention it anyways.
So this is going to sound weird, but will the tinted window be less than ideal for someone who, for reasons, must have the computer on a certain side of the desk in which case the sunlight will be hitting the tower at various points in the day and throughout all seasons? Will it sufficiently protect my parts from sunlight?
Anyone knows if this case is like soundproof and quiet or it is like bulldozer?

more cases should come with dedicated space for Mount SSD in there i have first a Cooler Master Elite but it's an old guy with metal and no place for SSD ( you have to buy extra stand wich i want to avoid )  and only 2.0 front usb i will use that as a test stand from now on and im good with this 230t guy ! credit card ready set buy !
