I chose it because I had two 5.25 optical drives and a pcie usb3 card with front header internal connector, so it was a feature compatible replacement for my gear, a bonus it came was a stealth case haha

is the airflow bad or much worse than the 200r?
I do not recommend anyone buying this case, mainly cause of the extremely poor airflow through the case with the front panel on. Even though I have two 900RPM 140mm Be-Quiet Shadow Wing fans in the front running at full speed, as soon as I put on the front panel, my temperatures instantly sky rocket by +10 on the GPU and +8 on the CPU. It's actually insane how much the front panel affects the airflow of the case.

This is one of two cases I'm looking at, mostly because the expensive ones are a bit gaudy for my taste. The only problem I have with this one is limited space/compatibility for water cooling should I decide to go that route.

I just bought one. Building a budget AMD system. Kind of tired of my 8 year old AMD 8 core PC. It was a beast when I build it and it runs great now, just a little afraid of it not being able to keep up with software.

would an r5 be worth the 100$ extra? im building an audio production pc, 2 drives in raid, i7-8700, h370 mobo...not sure to go this case or the r5...r5 seems like it has too many bays for me lol...concerned more about the noise factor.
