Bro my motherboard is asus P8H61-MLX , which has 4pins but this fan has 3 pins can you please say will this fan work with my motherboard? It has LGA1155 socket I broke my intel stock fan

I would like to know what is the highest temps this cooler is able to produce when gaming because stress test is one thing but gaming it another and the only reason why i am looking at this is cause i wanted to replace my tower cooler for something smaller.
I've never seen a video as well produced as yours, I was looking for a cooler to replace my intel stock cooler, but I use an itx setup, my options are pretty small. I was considering buying the Black cooler from intel, some friends of mine said it was better than silver, others said it was better to go with an i70c and your video was the only one on youtube that compares the 3 in the same parameters.
