Hmm I dunno I saw 31 DB on the box. That is quite loud for when I'm not gaming. Id rather have one where I can control the fan I think like the Notepal Maker.

These coolers have very low rpm's and will likely be insufficient to cool gaming laptops. Try searching for IETS GT300 and its variant coolers, they can reach up to 3000 to 4300 rpm!
