Off by 8 pounds very dangerous either under or well over. Major source of annoyance. Im prone to losing if I train too long stressed now.

What does the point system stand for ? as in 125.3 Does the .3 stand for 3 ounces ?
Can't set weight or height settings out of the box, just an over priced weigh scale.

That is the worst scale I ever BOUGHT! DON'T BUY CONAIR ANYTHING my scale stopped turning on after 3 months, I found the lbs kg switch was defective so I soldered the two wires togeather on the switch to measure lbs. A few months later it wouldn't turn on again, I discovered if I remove the batteries and reinstall them that it would work once or twice. before having to remove the batteries again. So in my openion, the scale is a a piece of crap.
This video wasn't helpful at at I can weigh myself but it won't track my BMI like the product said it would.
How do u change battery
I cant figure out how to set the height & age. The instructions looks simple enough but I put on P1 & hit set. Then when the height comes up I press the down button & it skips right to age without adjusting to my correct height. I even tried it at the store where I returned it because they couldn't do it either. Any tips? Did your scale adjust correctly. I forgot to mention that we tested about 4 different scales & then I gave up. I can't find a video that actually shows someone setting it up.Thank you!

I have a personal trainer I see once a week. She holds a women's group class every Thursday that I go to. Scheduling this once a week and paying for it holds me accountable to be active at least once a week and because I am being active for sure that one day it motivates me to go to the gym more. It's really motivating to be around a group of all different types of women. All coming together with the same goal of a healthier life, supporting each other, and busting their ass to get it. Also i like to play sports so I joined a slow pitch team so I run bases and run in the outfield on Mondays. Having both of those things scheduled for sure twice a week holds me accountable and forces me to be active at least twice week and when I do that it makes me want to workout more. Also i changed my mindset if I do take a day off or fall off I don't make myself feel bad anymore. Instead i just tell myself I am going to go the next day. Doing that ensure's that I continue to workout! I've noticed that because of my mindset change I don't fall off as much anymore and when i do it's not for as long. I've always been an athlete and been in good shape. I started playing sports when I was in third grade and never stopped. I tore my achilles tendon in 2017 and couldn't walk for 3 months. Then I had to learn to walk and do everything again. During that time me weight got up to 191 lbs. I have been consistently working out every week since March and its the healthiest relationship with fitness I have ever had! I love hearing about your journey and I love that I have got to watch it. I admire your dedication and work ethic. I am excited to watch it on youtube now! Thank you for creating a space for other's to feel comfortable with their on journey and watch yours :)

Bogus scale! I’m going back to a old fashion scale I just got it two days ago and it don’t work right
I’ve had the same one for 3 years. The only issue that I have is, I get several different readings thru out the day. Usually within a 5lb difference, which isn’t to bad. For the price I would like it to be more accurate, but I have had it for 3 years and I’m not to worried about it being exact. For people who are, I don’t recommend this at all.
I have one and the battery died. The next battery lasted 2 weeks and died and it's never worked again.

Absolutely right ,I have same model with y at the end ,when batteries went low ,we replaced them ,light up one time and this was the end of this garbage ,I will contact Conair about this crap
