Hi I have not good experience. Rather very bad. No support... TV not playing contents without lag. I have requested return.but they rejected. Support is also worst equal to no support. It's harrassment. I am also planning to buy another brand.. Don't go for this brand

Bro this tv company show that the cloudwalker tv is UHD 4K tv but when we are play a UHD video so the doesn't supported... When i call to the costomer care they tell that after 1 month your TV get a software update.... And then you njoying a 4K resolution... But when i update my TV.. 4K resolution video not supported... Infact you can used youtube in crome or application of youtube... Only 1080p is the last option of the resolution.... What the f**k... Please tell me solution about this tv

Cloudwalker is a pathetic company. I have their 32inch smart TV which was launched last year and it lags even while playing 480p content. I was promised software updates but in the one year I've owned it all I've got is a single update which was just for the launcher. Please upvote this so the average consumer is aware of what they're planning on buying into.

I regret buying Cloudwalker TV last year. Its software interface is not good. Connectivity to firestick sucks, it hangs and require restart every 1 hour. Never going to buy or suggest this brand again. Will try Samsung, LG, Sony instead.

Dont buy cloudwalker tv. Its customer care and after sales support is worst. I got light bleeding in just 1 month after purchase and Cloudwalker said it is not covered in warranty and the service centers they shown in website is fake they are local service centers. Finally i exchanged the tv in Ridaexchange with Ridaex tv and i got best tv which is made in india.
I bought Ridaex tv it is working good.The audio quality of ridaex tv is very great and has loud sound peaks when required. Two 10 watt speakers make my house a party hall. The quality of the picture is also good. I love ridaex tv.
