I got motherboard issue in warranty period I inform to service Center it's almost 25 times , but no 1 is able sort out t problem of my cloud walker led now I m really upset about service it's in mumbai so I m trying to search the service Center or showroom address which is in mumbai I will slap t guyes which in t office or ll creat ll create a big issue,before try to solve t issue. that's my mobile no.

Hi, I have Coudwalker 43 SU 4k since last year. Till now there were no updates, running 4.4 kitkat. I heard you saying that it had 2 updates. What is your current android version. also I was unable to play 4K videos downloaded from 4k samples, neither through browser. It seems this has HDCP 1.7 and we need at least 2.2 to run 4k.

Dont buy cloudwalker tv. Its customer care and after sales support is worst. I got light bleeding in just 1 month after purchase and Cloudwalker said it is not covered in warranty and the service centers they shown in website is fake they are local service centers. Finally i exchanged the tv in Ridaexchange with Ridaex tv and i got best tv which is made in india.
I bought Ridaex tv it is working audio quality of ridaex tv is very great and has loud sound peaks when required. Two 10 watt speakers make my house a party hall. The quality of the picture is also good. I love ridaex tv.
