I like your content but this is not a true class A tube amp nor does it work like a true tube amp, all it has is the power stage as tube & the pre amp does not use tubes like a tube amp, the pre amp tube is used for the digital effects, imo the pre amp tubes are most important in any tube amp as that’s the tone, I would rather have a tube pre amp and solid state power amp over the opposite like this amp has. It’s a nice amp but it’s not a true tube amp and stick an od or fuzz pedal in front of it then do same with vibrochamp from 60s or 70s and u will get the picture lol

Run out to real speaker enclosure . 15 watts is plenty. Handiest recording amp. The Vibro Champ XD at 5 watts is even better (to my old as dust head).

Great demo. Just curious, what year make is your Super Champ X2? Not sure if you mentioned it, did you modify the amp? Or is it stock from Fender?
I have most of the real amps., but love these as well. I have both the combo with the speaker changed to a Celestion Gold and it really is efficient and will change anyones views on how good these amps are. I use the head version with the matching 12 inch Celestion cabinet. It does not sound exactly as the real ones, but for the money it is very very good. This is the best demo of this amp out there John. With a different speaker the combo can be gigged with a drummer. I have done it. Even with the stock speaker it records great and is a wonderful bedroom amp. Really under rated by jealous people. Great job John as always.

The fuse software is discontinued and it was used to control this amp (presets, effects) and to do firmware updates. Worth knowing before buying.
#13 is a killer “Voice” selection! I’m kind of blown away by this amp.
Does anyone know if it has a compressor effect on the amp or in the fuse software part?
So is the distortion coming from tubes or is it digital? If tubes, It must be the pre tubes as the vol aint cranked, yet changes distortion by changing channel, like line 6. ;)

I love mine. Totally straight foward, easy to use. Very versitile. A lot of fun fooling around with the different sounds witout getting too "boged down." I'm not sure it's not praised more.

Why the hell did Fender quit Fuse?
Hey guys, lets take a super champ and make a documentary about it. We can use all this studio equipment and change the hell out of the way it sounds so people will buy it and never duplicate our sounds. Why not just play the guitar thru the amp straight, the way it should be, not thru all your software and equalizers and stuff.

I wouldn’t worry with dirty (voice) digital channel on these. Clean is descent.
Worst amp demo I've ever seen. Doesn't go through the capabilities of the amp, awful 60 Hz hum at 3:22, too much actors showing us how cool they are, too little info on what the amp can do. Fender - whoever came up with this concept should be fired. And deliberately shaking the camera doesn't fool anyone into thinking it's "authentic".

What! The effects are pretty nice actually. I've compared them and they hold their own with some of my bandmates pedals. The digital reverb on it awesome! Especially at higher volumes. Even the vibratone sounds really lush. Mine seems to remember the tap tempo just fine. Maybe you got a bad one.

You can edit and store the effects with fender fuse and they will stay. You can change the mids in eq with fuse. Any mote problems?

Vox does that too. The amp circuit is analogue that is why it can't remember the reverb.

You are absolutely right about all the negative things you mentioned with regards to these worthless amps that are always on sale for some 'bargain' price somewhere. Can you guess why folks want to get rid of them? I didn't listen to your positive points 'cause I don't care for nonsense. Gave your take a thumbs up
As far as getting better or more consistent sounds out of the reverb/delay/chorus etc.could you achieve this with a multi effects processor pedal board?
If you only you were half as good at playing as you were at talking shit about a decent product you would be skilled enough to make said product sound decent
The Super Champ is one of the best amps for the money that can be found. Hands down. I have played through one many times, and have had many compliments on the tone. Remember it's in the hands & heart.
I'm about to buy one of these. I've always loved the Super Champs since the 80s. I don't care for onboard effects but I do love the different voicings. My main amp now is a Fender Bassbreaker 15 which I love. It's incredibly loud. I used to be a Marshall man but got used to playing Boogies, Fenders and other 6L6 amps. I find EL34s too brittle and find you have more control and reliability with 6L6 amps. I prefer using an amp as a pedal platform. I look for tone above all, then I use a variety of distortion pedals, rarely for very high gain, but just to create a wider tone pallet. I don't like having a dry mono sound when I gig.
