It has a bunch of irrelevant shit. Great for a first pre workout as it tastes really good and is low on caffeine (if its your first time still do a smaller dosage though). Its cheap but sooo many just random ass ingredients just filling up space. I had to use a double dosage so it wasnt really as cheap as it seemed.

Ok so I have been taking c4 for about a week and now I take scoop and half and when I work out after like half hour I feel like throwing up and I have to stop my workout and go home can someone please help with with it how can I stop the feeling of throwing up or what causes me to throw up

Cellucor C4 Original Preworkout this is an amazing product but you can't get an authentic product with surety when purchasing from a market place as there are loads of sellers. Had a pretty poor experience there. I did switch to bodyfuelindia.com and have been purchasing from there, highly recommended, try it.
