Tried a lot of pre workouts & then decided 2 try this & I like it a lot I feel I have more clean Energy & endurance using it compared 2 others I used..gonna be using this for awhile..can be clumpy..but if u got a shaker cup no problem..gonna buy the $70 tub next time..

Had a pretty poor experience there. I did switch to bodyfuelindia.com and have been purchasing from there, highly recommended, try it.

Ok so I have been taking c4 for about a week and now I take scoop and half and when I work out after like half hour I feel like throwing up and I have to stop my workout and go home can someone please help with with it how can I stop the feeling of throwing up or what causes me to throw up

I've experienced an itching sensation when taking this. any ideas why
I used C-4 for over 2 years approx 5 times a week prior to each of my morning workouts and I ended up having a Major heart attack with blockage to my ADL aka (widow maker) ended up with a stent, at the age of 54 however I can not say if it was related officially, but in my opinion it was due to extensive C-4 use. when I was taking C-4 it did give me energy and focus, and I became accustom to needing it prior to every work out. Moving forward I will not go down that road again. respectfully

Hell no, dont take pre workout like coffee or at work. You will feel very uncomfortable
I use the blue raspberry c4 I love it for me I have never had any tingling feelings or anything like that ... it works great for me and gives me a bit of pep when working out

Bro don't get used to these Pre-workout products i've been using c4 / Jack3d and some other stuff for about 2 years and i'll tell you, i got hooked, yep just like getting hooked on street drugs, i can't focus even in my resting days, my overall energy on a daily basis dropped significantly, Caffeine is more physical dependency than mental addiction which sucks, just a friendly advice but After all everyone is free to do whatever that fucks up their body.
