I bought cello electric lunchbox. Model name was hotbite. It stopped working within 1 week. When i tried calling the customer care there was no reply on their side for 2 days. Then i approached the shop owner and he provided me another number. On calling, they asked me to register my complaint through email and attach the bill and warranty card. After doing this they said that they can't repair or replace it because the bill is duplicate. But the bill had a stamp of the shop. Still they didn't register my complaint and ignored my repeated requests to them. Cello has the worst customer service i have ever seen. They will try to find an excuse not to repair your item. I have had great experience with the customer service of Milton, bajaj, prestige, Morphy Richards, Skyline. Contrast to that cello has a pathetic customer support. Never buying any cello product again. Not even their pen😡😡
