Has anyone thought about getting a lens like this to use with a 5Dmark4 to shoot in 4k? It'd be like using a 14–26mm lens with the 4k crop, right? Or is that a bad idea?

I have a canon ef-s 10-22mm f3.5-4.5 lens on aps-c and getting more into 360 panoramas recently. Would this lens be a significant step up in terms of field of view ? I woudn't consider cheaper alternatives as I plan to step up to full frames eventually. Would appreciate an answer. Thanks !

Hi Christopher, love your "Vid's", on various lenses. I always go to "You", as opposed to any one else, when I need unbiased, to the point, "Info". One thing though, one can not "Qualify", the word "Unique" it is, or it isn't. One can not say, "It's very", or "It's quite", unique. Keep up your good work.

Whats the widest non-fisheye lens for APS-C? I have the 10-18, and thats really wide, anything wider?
The loose lens cap problem can be resolved by attaching the soft felt side of an industrial grade velcro tape into the inner side of the lens cap. This increases the friction between the lens cap and the lens hood, thus making the lock more secure.

That switch is not a focus limiter. It's a zoom limiter to 10mm for cropped sensor cameras to avoid going to 8mm and getting all sorts of lens hood bits in shot

Great vid. Note, because FF cameras crop the top and bottom in video, you can't get to circular in video. Also, this lens is awesome on the APS-H cameras Canon used to make. Nobody ever made a fisheye for it, but this gives you the proper FF fisheye at about 11mm. also, this lens at 14mm still covered FF making is a tad wider than 15mm prime fisheye lenses! Did I mention I love this lens?

Thanks for the information. I'm just wondering what your export settings are as the video is in 720p and is a little bit soft. It would have been better if we could see it in HD so we can better identify the sharpness of the lens. Anyway, good explanation. Thanks
