Prodipe salmieri dr8 are better than cad stage 7?
No problem with the sound, I just prefer a little more muffling to avoid that long ring.. but you managed to capture a pretty decent recording.
If you de-tune the bottom lugs either side of the snare wire by about half a turn, you'll reduce the snare rattle when you hit that high tom. :-)

hi! I want to ask you. I choose a set of drum microphones between akg drum set session i, cad audio stage 7, samson dk707, tc bone 4000, and here I can not choose, can you have experience on these microphones ? advise if possible.
can you use some of them for recording guitar and bass as well?
Well. If I were you. I would switch that sm57 to the snare and that snare mic to the kick drum

this is a pretty solid mix, though I'd prefer more balance between the kick and snare (the kick feels electronic)
