Not to be a downer, but as a supposed "scientist", she should mention the several case reports of acute kidney and hepatic failure, and one case of a person's colon not getting adequate perfusion. I know these effects are rare and yes, I used to take this shit. With 275mg of caffeine, I was jittery, anxious, and angry all the time with arrhythmias. All I'm saying is, talk to your real MD before taking this because these supplements are not controlled by the FDA.
I've been using NO Explode since 2009. How many products that were out in 2009 are still available today? Products come and go, but NO E is still here. That just goes to show this product works, and people love it. Me personally....I'm hoping it never goes away. Back in 09, there were issues with the product getting moisture in and becoming rock hard and useless. That issue has been fixed. If you're wondering about that, it's safe to use again :)

Dude there's a timer after you pour it into water. About 12 seconds to stir and drink. All that stuff evaporates or starts to not be as potent

Very good review. Another alternative to preworkouts is just buyimg everything in bulk. You can even purchase caffiene anhydrous in bulk. Hopefully you can post some more workout videos soon.
