I felt relief with in 15mins on my first day...thank you
Thanks you sooooo much I couldn’t run as fast because my knees hurt really bad and I had soccer tryouts coming up and did this and it helped soooo much thank you
I dislocated my knee... I've been struggling for 2 years... I started running 9 months ago. Is it making it worse?
Knee over toes guy would disagree about not going over the foot
First actual stretch 4:09
One set of those 3 stretches really did have an immediate effect. Wow
You need to cut down on using "actually" lol just saying :D
I stopped running for the past five months due to the pain in tenders behind the knee. I tried physiotherapy which did not work. I hope this will help me get rid of the pain.
Im a teen sprinter and during the Covid-19 lockdown/s I had some knee dislocations and ever since my knees feel painful when walking for short periods of time, even just climbing up or down steep object's such as a ladders can cause pain!
SKIP TO 2:24 TO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I ran for 30 minutes and my knee hurts so much thank you. I’m fat and 10yo.

What's stopping you from becoming a Salesforce Freelance Consultant? Accept my FREE 5 Day Salesforce Challenge | https://www.TalentStacker.com/Salesforce
Hey Brad, thank you so much for the Rich content 🙌🕺🏼
I am making my way through trail head, and working on my first super badge.
My question is this - with an end goal of becoming an independent consultant, should I only buy the package for that or Also by the talent stacker package when the time comes? Thanks and God bless you and your family 🙂
Currently I working with educational industries since 2011. Also I don't have basic degree in computer engineering. I wanted to switch my career path. Can it is possible for me? If yes then what is the next step to become Salesforce professional? Please suggest me what should I do?
Hi i am a certified salesforce application architect with 9+ implementations , trying to figure out how to reach new clients.
I have 6+ years of experience in salesforce working for MNCs, what should be my step to get freelance work?
Money is the great motivation
Hello Sir!! I would like to know more about what you teach
I've completed my certification in admin. How can I proceed??
I'm finishing up my Master's now (also working fulltime) thinking about freelancing on the side to gain more experience - on average how many hours per week would you say 1-2 clients would be as beginner/mid-level admin?
Upwork helped me out a lot finding my first consultation clients, not Salesforce though. It might not be a big market on there. That said, it can be good for starting out and building up referrals. One client who found me on Upwork referred me to a friend who then hired me. They paid the same rate as my Upwork profile, but without the Upwork fee so it was like an immediate 20% raise. If you view platforms like Upwork as marketing channels they can be useful.
Brad, would consulting be an option fresh out of getting your admin cert? or should I work a few years?
Hello Brad. Many congratulations on making such accomplishments in your career. Your words inspire me a lot to do something beyond this 9 to 5 job. I'm from India. How can we make clients to come to us even we are not in the USA or any other countries? How we can do this? Please clarify my doubt. I'm really looking forward to joining in your course. Thank you. Take care.
Just landed my first client by accident! Now I’m looking to expand. Have my admin cert and Ranger on Trailhead with about 3 years experience....... Here’s goes nothing!
I am preparing for Admin cert. Might complete it by this month end.
Can I get these freelancing projects (without any expectation of earning) right now? Or Cert is a precondition?
Hello brother , am from India
Am 23 just graduated
Is it still worthy to learn salesforce from start in 2020??
It would be really helpful
Hey Brad, thanks for this. I appreciate your videos that are intending on helping out folks new to the Ohana. I wish things like this existed when I started :-) Great work!
However, as a consultant currently, I need to make it crystal clear to folks that the 20 hours a week is billable work, which leaves out un-billable back office work, invoicing, collections, client relationship management, taxes, prospecting/follow up, creating SoW's, whatever other "stuff" you have to do that isn't billable. Its near fantasy to work 20 hours a week consistently and invoice $20k/month (invoice, not collect, lets clarify) when youre just starting out. Down the road after you have a nice book of subscription based business, absolutely, but not at first. Unless, you had pre-existing clients that "followed" you from a prior role or something of that sort.
I'd also caution everyone without Salesforce experience that trying to jump into this head first could lead to a problem. If you introduce modified or new functionality, fix a bug, etc by not following best practices (or some of the lessons learned that others have experienced being around for many years), you risk damaging not only a client relationship, but their data, infrastructure, and much more opening you up to potential lawsuits.
With that said, Brad has some great points and there is a good amount of work out there. Just be very cautious and get your ducks in a row prior to doing any work for clients, following best practice. Insurance, sandboxes, deployment tools, etc.
The other point i'd like to make is congratulatory. If you're invoicing $20k/month on an average 20hr billable week, you're billing $230/hour. Thats almost unheard of for a small practice. Kudos, sir.
Is it possible for persons who is located in india ? I hold 5+ years of experience in Salesforce developement and admin.
Please give me work as a freelance
Love your videos and looking to get into SF freelancing. Currently, my wife is Admin certified and is freelancing juggling a few clients. I’m studying to get my Admin certification by end of September and to grow our consulting business by adding more clients. The information you shared has been solid and I’m strongly considering getting your course. Just connected with you on LinkedIn and hopefully I can run a few questions by you there I have ahead of my purchase.
Love your videos! Do you think consulting/free lancing abroad is possible? Or better yet, have you met anybody who has followed a similar path? I have started working for a consulting firm but in a year am moving to South Korea and wanted to start working independently. Would love to hear your thoughts! Thank you!

I searches an old video (1 year ago) and i can't find it, can some one help me ?
One subject was if you are prepearing for a half/full distance, you can do a tri out.
day 1 swimming
day 2 the bike part
day 3 and the last day, the run session.
but i don't know if it is correct what i remember.
Basically a "tell all/never lie to your coach"
my coach only give me a training plan and no other support. I am considering firing him and geting one through training peaks.
Can you guys do a test of the regular flat bar position vs the popular “mantis” position that we see some pros using?
Ooh great tips! I'll see if I can work better with my coach, to help improve my triathlon training!!
Having a coach has been vital to my events so far (which I go through more in my vids)~!
