does it also leave a huge margin on the right side? my current brother label printer leaves out a huge marigin on the right and I have to cut it with a scissors which is annoying. unless I want to choose the super huge marigin option

Hello, Around timeline 2:20 , it shows the printout "DONOT..." but without the 1" wastage in the beginning of the print (& again in 2:34). Can you share the setting on your D600 to achieve this. I want to save on the tapes, as always I have to give up an inch in front and another inch at the end which is a total waste. Thanks

So sad. I just opened and plugged my new P-Touch and the screen is all pixilated. You have that lovely "Stop dont bring back to store" printed on box. So now I am waiting for Brother to mail me another when they have more in stock. Bummer deal! Brother is usually really good.

As a quilter who keeps her fabrics in plastic bins I use the labels to make the name of the color for the bins, I use them for notions stored in bins, craft items, etc... I've also used them to name the room a box should go in when we've moved. I actually print labels on my bigger printer with address label paper. :)
well DAMN!! 2015 . I thought this was the newest model. I just got one off Amazon yesterday. I had the 2730. Just like everyone else the waste on both sides is done on purpose because that is where label makers MAKE THEIR $$$$$$$. >> on the tape. I called Brother when I got my old one and the guy said the tape laminates the shiny side on top so it needs an INCH to do that. I was gunna get the P touch Cube but you would need your phone nearby or a PC or laptop to use as the interface. Plus Amazon wanted 99 bucks and the 600 was 58 bucks

What is up with different versions of D450? On one picture formatting and other buttons are labeled with names while on the other they have icons. On the german Brother-Website for the PT-600DVP are also the HSe-211 to HSe-241 listed under supplies and accessories. On the US-Website they arent. So, can the PT-600D handle these "Shrink tubing" or not? Did someone tested it?
Im Video sagt er am Ende, dass die Geräte keinen Schrumpfschlauch verarbeiten können. Auf der deutschen (.de) Brother-Webseite vom PT-600DVP werden unter "Verbrauchsmaterial und Zubehör" aber auch die HSe-211 bis HSe-241 aufgeführt. Kann der PT-600D jetzt Schrumpfschlauch bedrucken oder nicht?
So much space of the tape is wasted! that is why i dont want to buy a label machine. It is better to use print the text from your PC and cut the texts with label puncher which costs less than £5 and glue it to them to the work. Much cheaper option and fairly easy to do as well.
