maine Havells ka 9w bulb liya, mujhe iski working principal samajh nehi aa raha, jab switch on kar raha tab to full glow kar raha hai, par switch off karne par nehi jaal raha, kya battery low hai? if yes, then off mode me isko charge kaise de? on mode me charge dene se bulb to glow karega aur 10 ghanta charging time me power bhi consume karega.

good attempt. Wrong way to measure the Lumens. Lumens cannot be measured like this. You need a special equipment to measure lumens. in general cases you can measure LUX or Luminous flux with the help of Android apps or by Lux meters available at online stores
