It's 15 to. 30mins prior to training, so do you let it sit for 15 to 30 mins then drink it. Or do you drink it first then wait 15 to 30 mins then workout

Bcaa are supposed to have lumps or its useless
BCAA's are supposed to not fully dissolve. They are hydrophobic by nature. And you didn't mention any sour taste. Amino ACIDS are just that. Acidic. Google what a BCAA is really supposed to be and stop wasting your money on garbage :)

At the gym I go to they recently started to sell BPI products and one of my teachers that workouts recommended BPI products strongly, He said it works beautifully for him and it'll be a good product to try so once I started going to the gym more i started getting more interested in the products and one of the gym workers actually let me try one of the BCAA's for free and it takes pretty good I had the Fruit Punch one and i don't like unfresh juice I like fresh from the fruit type of juice and I still liked it. And the gym worker told me all I need is a Pre workout and a Whey Protein it's beautiful cuz he kept it real with me and told me the truth about the product instead of tryna feed me some garbage to make a quick sell so shout out to him for that👌💯

bcaa's clump because of the leucine content which is good. you want more leucine than ISOleucine and valine.
The fruit punch best bcaa taste like chapstick. It's not that good at all. The fruit punch best bcaa shredded taste amazing like Hawaiian Punch 🤛 The watermelon pre workout taste great as well. The orange bcaa has mixing issues.

Your usual bcaa will clump on top because they are hydrophobic therefore do not mix with water a good bcaa will sit ontop of the water

Ive only used pre workout for the last year and have finally ventured into the BCAAs, I looked into a few brands and by chance when I went into Walmart for a shaker cup or water bottle, I came accross the bpi Best BCAA(which was 1 of 5 I looked into). After my first use I could instantly feel the difference and tbh, a little mad at myself for not using this sooner. Last workout was 15 minutes of cardio to warm up, followed by a little over 2 hrs of Biceps, Back and some shoulders before another 10 mins of cool down on bike. Best part of the entire workout was the product did what it said and I trained like a beast. Taste : Reminds me a little bit of Cherry Pepto Bismo, but compared to other supplements, it holds its own. 4.9 out of 5 Only 25 servings doesnt cover a full month
Just using caution. I use keppra and well some years ago I used GNCs amino caps. I stayed up for 2 days. Now it could have just been me but medically will i have to worryabout stims in here?

Finished my first bottle and I definitely noticed the soreness decrease immensely. Just bought my second bottle and it tastes nothing like the first. It has a weird taste and doesn't mix properly. A lot of the powder sits at the bottom of my water bottle even after shaking it repeatedly

Oh well this one doesn’t have caffeine which is cool. However I can’t get past the ingredients.
I would try more of these if they didn’t have so much artificials in it. Plus most have caffeine and I don’t do caffeine.
