Given the price tag of this speaker, the build quality and overall sound I will say you should be satisfied. Just be aware that this speaker really works overly hard to push bass. If your not into bass - this is not your speaker. The mid-range, to me, is just not there without EQ adjustments. My listening is in a small quiet room; outdoors the sound could be different. Plenty loud and clear for a small to midsize group. The power button on mine is too sensitive, it really needs a longs press in my opinion.

I love the speaker but my charger connection for some reason quit working I tried to use another charger it kinda works kinda not I’m disappointed in the Bose charger connection as it messed up quite early on.
Tribit StormBox Micro is better and it's half the price.

I'm using this it really awesome and obviously Bose is best music player till yet I used 💥 💯 💥
I bought it and it sounds so great for its size.. but when i connect it with bose connect app it automaticaly update its firmware to 3.0.3 and the sounds became terrible.. I bring it to bose center and replace it with new one.. Piece of advice.. of you buy this bose micro please dont update the firmware, just be happy with the built in firmware. Worth the money for me at this time 🙂

Cant say the JBL Clip 2 has “very few compromises” because it sounds very anemic compared to the Bose. Even the lower price should not justify its lack of sound quality.

I have the speaker for my BMX rides or mountain biking I clip it on my belt it is so freaking loud for death metal music or any kind of music for that small speaker it's worth the money

I agree with your review 100%! I have used mine for over two years. Sound is fantastic. Battery lasts forever. I strap it to my bicycle handlebar for rides instead of using earbuds because I get great sound and can hear ambient sounds (road & trail safety). I strap it to my golf bag (or lay it in a cart). I use it in my kayak. I even bought one for my brother, and one for a friend to use on their lake boat, and they love it. Next step is to buy myself a second one to pair for stereo sound (although the sound from just one is fantastic). Each one I’ve purchased from HSN / QVC for between $60 and $70.

Yup, couldn’t agree more. Absolutely love mine and use it everyday. I’m still in awe of how much sound and volume comes from such a tiny speaker.

This is the best tiny ass Bluetooth speaker I have ever experienced. Owned one since 2017. I use it as my shower speaker and poolside speaker. It can make great personal job site speaker as well. However my next BT speaker will be the Milwaukee M18/M12 Jobsite Bluetooth speaker because it’s bigger, better, and cooler looking.

If you like music in the shower then sit it on the toilet seat... the toilet bowl acts as a helluva bass box and you get an awesome amount of boom for ya bogs ! lol . I got two and the party mode stereo is truly astonishing.
They really need to make a second version with USB-C, dustproofing and being able to float... I would buy it for sure
