Just got this model and was testing with just a small and wet hand towel. Using the Cupboard Dry (on the right of the panel), the towel comes out quiet damp with the dryer finishing in about three mins. Is this because of the small load?

Read all the manual over and over.Still a shitty drier.Clothes simply don not dry and stays wet! Bosch will never see the inside of my house again!
Bought the latest one of these and currently hate it. None of the programs dry our clothes, every program ends early and leaves clothes wet. The quilt setting doesnt change direction so you end up with a balled of quilt that is wet in the middle. Have read the instructions but not having any luck. Will be contacting you Monday to arrange a refund or exchange to something that actually works correctly.
Every complaint I've seen online (here and at purchase locations) basically boil down to "I didn't read the instructions for my $1000+ purchase" and "I don't know how to clean the heat exchange which is also outlined in my manual". Read the damn instructions of anything if you're going to put 1k on it...
Bosch products is very poor quality. I have them all, they are very high price but very poor made. I do not recommend them.
