Beware! Before purchasing this product, understand the after sale service is appalling. I purchased one during promotional offer and repent. The rubber ring was out of shape soon and the blade of medium masala jar broke as well. For two years their engineers paid a visit but one charged 850 another 250 but no one got the parts. It's eating dust at my place. Worst experience ever.

Worst packaging ever by Bosch, no thermocol or any other safety material to protect the machine. Fit and finish is also not good. It seems duplicate, I ordered this from flipkart and returned the very same day..Came here to check whether the packaging is same or only my product was sent without appropriate safet material but this video proves that there is no thermocol used to protect it.
