I honestly don't know if it's the collagen supplement I take every day. Or the hyaluronic acid capsules. Because I started taking lots of supplements. Ray Kurzweil level supplements. The supplements I take each day would fill up a supplement bottle. So the gist of the story is that I had a Gorbachev like blotch on the top of my head. (HIs was actually a birthmark.) The blotch has almost completely disappeared. The disappearance seemed to coincide with the start of taking both collagen peptides and hyaluronic acid. It wasn't overnight, but it was obvious.

Not sure if you’ve ever hear of this as a benefit but my razor bumps have completely stopped after taking collagen peptides. My intake might be considered excessive since I take 2 servings (4 scoops) a day. I also used the sauna regularly and exfoliate once a week. Long story short, I can now shave with a razor again after years of not being able to thanks to collagen.
I've tried using the marine collagen since I dont eat beef and I just can't get over the taste, any tips on how to incorporate it into a smoothie and maybe mask the fishy taste?
