I've been stuck with the phone for 3 years, yes its simple to use and the keyboard makes it quicker and easier to text, even without looking. But this is actually a terrible phone, it does the job but is absolute junk when its stood next to an iPhone or Android.

I don't like iphones because you can't change the internal battery on the fly. I laugh at iphone users that carry the charger with them and are always looking for some place to plug in.  I carry 2 fully charged batteries for my Blackberry phone.. I never have to worry about cutting someone short because my phone is out of power.  I also charge my phone every night even if I have not used it much that day.
Battery  life on any phone depends on the signal strength to the nearest tower. The tower tells your phone to increase or decrease transmit  power as needed. Also if you play with your phone a lot and keep the display light on, the battery will drain faster. And as all rechargeable batteries age, they won be able to hold a charges as long.

BBM is free but you got to pay to use it.

You cannot open a website or your appworld not because you don't set up your BB ID yet. Its because you don't have connection. I don't know why a 3G symbol is up there. Must be an error but I'm pretty sure the error message says you don't have connection.
