Day before yesterday, I also bought a 5 foot straight regular barbell and a 4 foot EZ curl barbell and a medium thick resistance band, aapke video dekhne ke baad..... Darr lag raha tha ki gadbad naa ho.... koi exercise karne mein dikkat na ho... Par aap aur mai almost same height ke hai to sirf aur sirf aap ke hi bharose maine ye purchase kiya....
