You won’t make progress with 20kg. Better off with a gym membership
its just the oil left over from the molding process ,rub talcum powder into the plates and rub off the excess
nice video, but squeezing at the top of the rep dosnt do nothing ,u want to squeeze during the lift itself ,muscle control sir , lift with the contraction not by how u flex at the end of the movement
