Just a warning about l glutamine... I started using it just 2 tablets per day to help my leaky gut. However over a short time I developed dreadful insomnia .. some nights I was lucky if I slept 1 hour. I only discovered after 2 months of suffering that the l glutamine was metabolising into glutamate .. causing my brain to be hyper energised preventing sleep .. the levels of Gaba in my brain were imbalanced. I didn't suspect l glutamine to be the cause until I found an article which explained how some people can be adversely affected this way. A few days after stopping the supplement my sleep is returning to normal thank goodness.

Glutamine also fuels cancer at the cellular level. Not that it causes it, but cancer cells are fueled by sugar and Glutamine. I'll ~never take this stuff in any way other than from food.

a ‘muscle building expert’ - thats a very big claim to make for someone whose Barely out of his twenties, there’s guys on YouTube in their 50s who don’t even make that kind of Claim, guys who are Accomplished doctors and body builders too. How can you profess to know about something at expert level with no life experience or time served after years and years of Study and training and working out for years building and developing muscle yourself ? (You are quite a slim build tbf) No one can be an expert with only a college degree and a few years work experience, well meant I’m sure but a bit childish
