This video is so weird because I came here to learn how to take car of my contacts better, but the brand this guy is boasting about is the worst product I've ever put in my eye. Like after 2 hrs of wearing my eyes are watering, itchy, red, unfocused, and feels like i have a thick sheet over my eye. But he likes them....why? They are so uncomfortable

I wish my eye doctor was even half as thorough as you are.. They didn't tell me any information at all about which lenses are best, the options I had or even what level my prescription was.

I used to wear Acuvue, and switched to Air Optix like 5 years ago. Best decision I've ever made. I tried Biofinity and for whatever reason they just refused to seat properly.
Bioinfinty's are the best but a bit expensive. 3month supply= AUD 150

For some reason, all contact lenses have been irritating fo me ever since I've gotten a -3.25 prescription EXCEPT for Coopervision! So Biofinity have been the only lenses I have been buying for the last couple of years.
I have a question, if i wear and sleep in monthly extended wear contacts for 6 nights straight do i have to throw it away or is it still good for the rest of the month as long as i clean it once a week?

This contact lens is easily the worst when it comes to even a little bit of sunlight...its very bad for outdoor activities and even indoors when the sunlight comes from the windows it causes trouble ,...plus it easily dries out causing dryness of the eyes...., definitely would not recommend this

I'm on my third pair of trial contacts. I've only been wearing them for a day, so I'm willing to try them for a couple weeks...but off the bat they just do not feel right. I've had them in for about a half an hour, and just like my other trials, things just don't seem as clear as they do with my glasses. I've worn contacts before, so I know what to expect, but all of these trials have just not felt right. Things that are sharp and clear with my glasses are just fuzzy with my contacts. I'll keep making sure they're hydrated with drops, and hopefully they get nice and hydrated as they sit in their solution overnight...but I feel like a real idiot that none of these trials have felt right. I think my wife thinks I'm crazy!

My problem is my lens prescription is 8.6 base curve and 14.00 with -1.75 but everywhere I look the base curve is either 8.7 with the diameter being 14.2 or if I find my exact base curve the diameter is 13.8 which is annoying as I refuse to pay my opticians prices so I got my prescription to order from another optician whether in store or from the opticians website
I rotated my glasses lenses and it was clearer! But I can't wear my glasses slanted :/ no wonder why my vision isn't clear with the correct prescription.

Cooper Vision sucks. The discontinued my contacts and I need them badly. They worked for me and they had to go and discontinue them. If I have to wear glasses all the time, my life is done. I won’t be seen in public. I wore those lenses for years with no trouble. Life just gets shittier and shittier until you die.
Well, I got it the biofinity toric and toric xr but I’m having a bad experience with dry eyes. I’m using drops etc, but it’s terrible…. I don’t know what to do. But I think I’m giving up about contact lenses 😢
i have been to 4 different eye doctors, and no one seems to find me the right lens for my astigmatism in my left eye, so i only wear one contact in my right eye, my right eye does not have astigmatism, even my contact in my right eye feels good when i first put it in, i do have a problem when i try to read anything, it keeps going out of focus, so i got to blink continuously when am reading also after 10 hours or more it gets very dry and i have to take it out, it the the monthly wear, any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you - New to contacts - just going through the trail period. I like the Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for astigmatism (Distance). Now I am trying the Bausch and Lomb Ultra Multifocal for astigmatism (Monthly) and the Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for astigmatism Monovision or Mono-focal (?) It took no time for my eyes to get used to either one, but I do believe my eye work better together - Love some input from a professional - Thank you.
