After so many days of research I was about to buy 14 inch bicycle & click on payment option but suddenly thought to check if some videos r available on youtube or not and finally in the first search I found ur video and my all doubts are clear now😁.. Thanks for this review. I was considering this for my 4 year old daughter who can ride a 12 pedal bike but it is getting a bit too small for her. Also your advice on getting a balance bike first is spot on. I am so glad I got one for my daughter. When I saw a 2.5 year old boy zooming around after his 3 year old sister who was riding a pedal bike already, I knew that was the best thing to get for my daughter. Not one regret, she transitioned to a pedal bike in less than a year. I see sooooo many 6, 7, and even 8 year olds riding with training wheels and have only learned to rely on them to keep them from falling. I agree that a bike should also be light, but all the light bikes are pretty expensive. I got my daughter a used Trek which is very good quality and size, but it is still pretty heavy. But she gets it going.
