Thank you! Question: Will the Polar Pro CP filter have better polarization performance than the combo ND/CP filters? If they’re the same, are you able to share the difference between ND8/16/64? I asked them directly and they were unable to answer, oddly! Thank you!

I’d be happy with either...I do often check out reviews on Amazon and see what the average rating is compared to the amount of reviews....it says a LOT. Was surprised the PP had so few. I love the PP packaging but I see this as a nice bonus, the packaging is really just fluff and no serious reason to buy something..packaging is not even worth considering it’s just marketing BS.. to me the B+W build quality says a lot...if PP think rattling noises etc are in any way ‘acceptable’ for a high end filter that’s just plain lazy of them. It may seem like a small thing but it shows a lack of care and attention to detail...which implies they don’t take enough pride in what they’re selling. They should focus on filters that don’t rattle rather than fancy boxes that don’t rattle. PP take notice!..
which is better to buy? Hoya or B+W? the difference is about $30 in price
Would you be able to test the polar pro vs the breakthrough x4 CPL? Can’t find any videos of them lol. Breakthrough has 300 day return period and no tax

If your camera is set to auto white balance then there will be no visible change. You will only notice less glare off water, glass, and shiny plantlife if you are positioned 90 degrees from the sun.

I think you got a fake China knock- off Filter. The B+W filter box has a `B+W filter` green logo on the front bottom right corner

How is cpl on a wide angel lens? I have a canon 10-18 and would like to try the cpl...
Thank you. I've seen so many videos about polarizing filters and this one is the simplest and easiest to understand to someone just stepping into the filter zone lol. Have a quick question though. Would you suggest to use ND variable for sigma 16mm 1.4 on a Sony a6000 or just stick to standard ND..

Been watching CPL based videos for years. VERY FIRST VIDEO where the angle of use is mentioned. NONE of the "popular" channels have mentioned it, at least not the videos of said channels I've watched. I would stated that the CPL does work between 45°-90° not just the mentioned 90°. Moreover, the effect is most powerful when the sun is out not on a completely overcast day, on those days the polarizer can make the shot warmer. Thumbs up!
