From start - fully charged power bank takes five hours. Once it’s fully charged then it will work at its full potential . Fast charge does not refer to the bank it self. Once you get it fully charged it should charge your device pretty quickly. Just saying. Wow.

I have a PB40, 4000mAh. I got it for Disneyland trips. I’ve used it on a Galaxy Note 8 and iPhone 11.l and it works perfectly fine. Had it for about 3 or 4 months now. Can’t tell you what issues you or anyone else have. It does say to charge prior to first use and to extend life to use it regularly though

It's still sold at Target, I was about to get one but decided to look for a vid review first. Now I'm glad I didn't buy the heyday charger. You can get the same results with a $5 charger in the Target Dollar Spot bins.

How do I use it when I plug something in it chargers for like 35 seconds, and when I use the power button even holding it down it will charge for 35 seconds. I’m not the only one. am I using it wrong or what? How do I turn off or on
I just picked one of these up. It's May 28th, 2019 so maybe it's a newer model. It says "Power Bank | PB26" on the back. It's says it has a 4000mAh/3.7V battery inside which will provide 2300mAh of output to your device at 5 volts / 2.1 amps. Since the internal battery is only 3.7 volts the circuitry has to boost the voltage to 5 volts which is what results in the loss of amp-hours. If they had used two 2000mAh/3.7V batteries in series internally then they only would've needed to step down the voltage which would then make more of the total capacity available for charging.

Heyday is literally a garbage brand. Some things like their phone cases are alright. I mean it's just a plastic cover. But their devices like this powerbank or earphones are just not worth it. Other cheap Chinese knockoff brands out do heyday, and that's saying a lot. Let me say it one more time. You're literally better off with a cheap Chinese knockoff lol

This is a meaningless test. For all we know there could be an app running that's draining your battery or you just have no idea how fast 2.1a should actually charge your phone. Try again with your phone off or actually measure the output.
