Saya sudah mengisi pendaftaran garansinya tp kenapa data tidak falid trs yah gan ? Mohon infonya . Aukey merek sampah, baru beli charger power delivery langsung rusak, cacad
Beli bulan Desember 19, dua minggu kemudian waktu ngecas ada suaranya lalu daya terputus dan tersambung lagi, lalu 3 bulan berikutnya sering slowly charging, akhirnya saya balikin buat claim garansi, sekarang udah hampir 2 minggu dan charger belum kembali, ditambah lagi customer care di WAnya kurang komunikatif

I think most recent phones & devices will only draw up to a max power they are designed to handle. Typically 18w for USB-C 3amp & 12w for the older USB-A 2.4amp. And as Mizzo says below, cheap cables may not allow as fast a charge as the better ones.
I been using the 60w Aukey with my iPhone XS Max and it’s blazing fast for both the iPhone and chromebook one note though getting the specific recommended aukey pd cord makes a huge difference my c to c cords I already had weren’t cutting it nor my cheap c to lightning
Isn't the note 10+ charger that comes in the box faster, maybe for the iphone. Waiting to see inote February 11.

I have found that if you put the charger in the last space of a power strip it fit better then as soon as the phone is charge . You remove the charger and you always will have a open space on the power strip.
How strange! I bought this just two days ago, as I bought the LG V30. I wanted a double one, so I can keep my wireless fast charger always plugged in, and a spare one to charge my flashlights. :)
