Well, my asus zenfone zoom is still alive in 2020 and the main issue i was dealing is the battery lol
This is my phone right now, and I should say that i'm satisfied with the performance of the phone in general. The battery sucks, especially while playing heavy games which necessitates me to use my Zen Power, but this is really good. 128GB internal storage + my 256GB microSD card inside makes this phone a portable HDD that I can use everyday. I watched a concert last July and used this phone to capture videos and pictures and everyone is impressed with the quality of the videos and pics. I'm gonna buy the Zenfone 4 Max as a back up phone though.
Is fast charging and dual SIM?

It doesn't need 10x Zoom..... If it did you'd be at like a 300mm equivalent with the biggest hump on the back of the phone.. They just need to try to make the camera better. It's a hard thing to do when you only ask 399 for it.
i want a phone like this with good battery....are there bigger capacity batteries available for this phone?
He is complaining about the 3x zoom, but when he reviewed the K Zoom with it's 10x zoom he was complaining about the big size. Duuuude, you can't have big zoom in a small package.

I tried this phone at my local Asus phone store,though,it's a nice touching phone looks nice,camera's awesome(still not enough compared to Nokia Lumia 1020),I didn't end up with this one,I end up with Nexus 5X,somehow...not sure,but whatever.For the biggest issue with me and the only reason that I didn't end up with this phone,is because the battery drains so fast...well,that's reasonable considering this phone's main selling feature is that Optical Focus camera...else is just pretty much the same as Zenfone 2 ZE551ML and Zenfone 2 Deluxe,If they could manage the battery,I'd pick up this one over than anything else,I really like the Intel's processor.
