Hi, because i use same laptop as you use, can you help me ? 3 days ago i got stuck in bios, and then i bring to repair place, and then the guy said my harddisk is not connected and he reinstall windows 10. But after repair finally i can go inside the home but something wrong with my laptop. The asus's pack or apps gone. And also the wallpaper not same as i bought it in the beginning. How can i do for solved this ?

Hey bro, recently I bought this laptop with i5 varient along 256gb SSD and everything works fine and only thing that bothers me is the fan starts rotating when I start the laptop and then keyboard vibrates little. Is it the same with you, if not please inform me I'll go for exchange.

Ak bat batao trackpad pe jab tum double click karte ho (not buttons) ya koi folder open karne kelia jab double click karte ho tab kya akdm halka sa rattling hota hai ? Matlab akdam halka sa loose lagta hain track pad ??? Please bro rply me. Kyuki mere me ho raha hain halka sa. To mujhe daar hain ki wo aur bhi loose na ho jaye. Track pad pe touch karte wakt nazdik se sune mujhe plz batana.

I regret buying this laptop. After seeing the reviews I thought its a good buy. Performance wise, it's good...no complaints. The build quality is what disappoints me. The plastic body (just painted as opposed to its aluminum top cover) is really prone to fading and the screen bezel scratches the body...yes even the rubber parts of the bezel scratches the body. Even with utmost care, buying a sleeve and all, did not help at all.

I have this laptop, I'm web developer so I must to install windows 10 pro, cause' this computer comes with windows 10 home and docker container is not supporting on w10 home. I can't disable windows update, one more reason to change to w10 pro. One month of use and the touch pad left button starts failing. The battery autonomy is about 2:30 hrs setting up maximazing baterry duration, if you select best performance then it's autonomy is about 1:30 hrs. This computer doesn't have a ethernet port, then you must to buy/use USB C ethernet adapter, then the unique USB C port is bussy. The advantage is the night light funcionality, it is helpfull when you use all day your computer, then you can protect your eyes. The aluminium cover is only on the display, the rest is plastic even if it looks like a aluminium too. Its ideal if you use it on your office with no sunlight directly, the screen reflects the sunlight. My conclusion is, for windows computer may be the next time I'd buy a lenovo that is more closer to a really IT workstation.

i have the s510ua model with the i7 8550u, intel uhd 620 graphics, 8gb ddr4, 128gb ssd and 1tb hdd. i love it for laid back daily computing like youtube, web browsing, word processing and music. not really made for gaming or crazy use. battery is a bit weak tho.. i find the build quality pretty good for what it is but not like brick solid, i guess for weight saving. i highly recommend for anyone looking for a mid to high tear laptop for a daily
