I bought this monitor ages ago and still can't figure out how to view it in a "fully stretched" mode. Im not sure im using the right terminology here but I hope you understand what im trying to say. Do you have any idea how i can fix that

JustU.Faith/ASUS34?曾 This monitor arrived in nice packaging and I have had no issues so far with setting it up in the nvidia control panel. The picture is clear and its an amazing difference compared to my old 1080p60hz monitor.

I agree with you hundred present except the fact that the joy you are getting while playing PC games doesn't really worth $1000. Maybe in four years ago when you recorded this video it was but nowadays the $1000 for monitor with these specs is defiantly unjustifiable.

Does this monitor get much if any ghosting? I recently got the MSI Optix MAG321CQR and it's got awful black trails, I'm hoping to buy somethin gwhere i'm not gonna be seeing that, can someone confirm for me if I need to worry about that with this?

So I have a 144hz tn panel with 1ms response time with gsync I love it. But I want a prettier image I want better colors im co sidelong this monitor i have a i7 9700k and a 2080 super. I currently avergae around 130-140fps on most my titles. However since its a 21:9 aspect ratio you render more of course does anyone know how much your fps dips with these monitors

What's with the black border around the display, a "soft-bezel"? How come the display doesn't use all the pixels of the screen all the way to the hardware edge? WHY would ASUS think that's a great design?
@ PC Centric 3 years later. I have it and i love it, would recommend 100% but this was released 3 years ago, how does it stand today? It's priced @ $658 USD on Amazon. Anything better for around the same price? I love the IPS aspect of the monitor but would like a higher refresh rate, even 120 Hz would be cool. Love the content.

Sorry man, but 980 TI is not better than 1080 TI. A friend of mine that monitor with i7 4790K, 32GB ram, and evga gtx 1080 TI, and get over 100fps in many games. I hope you will figure the problem out. Cause 1080 TI is good enough to run that monitor with 100 fps. Unless its cyberpunk 2077 and many other HIGH detailed games.

I bought mine for a $1000 when it first came out i was considering a newer one but seriously it's not a big deal By the time this monitor is really outdated there will be some good range monitors to go with i'm four years deep i don't see a reason to change yet i am running a RTX 3090 with a Ryzen 3950x

hey man, can you play league of legend on this monitor?
Turn Vsync on in the Nvidia control panel, it doesn’t enable Vsync when gsync is enable I think it acts as a frame cap or something like that, cap your fps 4 frames below your maximum refresh rate as well, if you go over your monitors refresh rate, gsync will deactivate.
Does this monitor have a saturation and sharpness setting?

Asian girls are just so beautiful. I went out and married one ;-). When they have native at least 144hz for FPS gaming, I might consider. 5ms response time in Quake your're dead. We need 34 inch, wide screen, 1ms response time, and 240hz. All for a cheap price. 2 years? I reckon. ;-). 34 inch is just the perfect size for work and play, imagine having a single monitor that does both! I can dream. ;-)
