im using this mobo.. i put i7-3770k cpu in it and a gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ram, and i could run i think almost all games with no problem.. could probably last me a few more years with this build..

I got the P8H61-m LE R 2.0, I regret buying it because asus overstated the performance of the board and the ram won't go to speeds as advertised. Now im saving up for a new motherboard. I also had an asus gfx card and it sucked ass too, it was loud an annoying, ended up returning it.

I was thinking about building a system similar to this since I have a spare GPU, PSU, and HDD laying around, and running Arch Linux with i3, so I can say "hey I run Arch Linux with an i3 processor and the i3 WM" Basically a shiggles machine, nothing more.
