You didnt test the cooling pad correctly.. after first benchmark you shouldve let the laptop come to a normal temperature, before benchmarking with the cooling pad.. that way, we know how much temperature the cooling pad can keep the pc sustained on.
Any thermodynamics student will tell you that such cooling pads are not effective, its simply circulating the same hot air that the pc is throwing.. to effectively cool a pc you need to have a heavy cool built right on top of the processor.. which is impossible on a laptop..

Bro I think you are missing the point. Only people who do long gaming hours session ( 4-6 hours ) will see the actual results. If your laptop is giving you 83C constantly with this you will get 3-4 degree difference and sometimes its huge because manufacturer might start throttling cpu/gpu at 83 and cooling pad can help keep it at 80 so people can enjoy ultra settings as well. Laptop throttling issues are very common these days
