We have many of these at our company and they stop working. Some of them just stop, its random. Most cases when we plug in the USB the "phone" light switch on red and then turn of. Any of these moments USB is no recognized by the computer. Regardless we have Plantronic drives or not behavior is the same. We also tried with another cable microUSB connected to the Blackwire C720 control (buttons dongle), same result, so its not the USB cable. The problem is from C720 "buttons dongle" towards mic/headset. Could the problem by the C720 "buttons dongle"? What problems you have experienced? Any hints how to fix them? Any spareparts e.g. replacing the buttons dongle / cable?
