Would love to see a video showing the installation of a rear derailleur, and how to connect the shifter to the derailleur. Lots of videos show how to adjust the derailleur but haven’t seen a good one that shows how to initially install the components and connect the cable with correct position of derailleur from the 10t to the 46t. Without that, adjusting the rear derailleur is like replacing the toilet seat when the toilet doesn’t flush. It won’t work. Thanks.
a long hanger would suffice maybe for short cages. and 32t front crank.

Hi sir! Same na same tayo ng setup pati ng rd model at ng cogs ang naiba lang is yung chainring which is yung akin 34t hehe. Suggest ko lng sir palit ka ng rd na fit sa 46t like m6000 or mas ok kung m5120. Base sa experience ko, pag tagal lumalambot ang spring ng ganyang rd dahil sa masyadong malaki ang 46t para sakanya so after a month or a year pumangit shifting ng akin naging delay at nawawala lagi sa tono hehe. Ride safe Sir!!

Kakayanin ba set up na yan sir kung 38-40T ang chainring sa harap? Set up ko 2x10 SLX SGS M7000 (36T max naka kabit sa manual) pero cogs ko 11-42T. Inadvice din ako na maglagay na lang ng goatlink.

Boss Deore 10 speed ako long cage sa Hardtail ko with 32T chain ring. Plano ko sana mag upgrade to 11-46T at 116L lang yung chain ko. Sabi ng mechanic na 40T lang daw kaya sa rd ko? Currently 11-42T pero nahirapan po umakyat sa lowest gear 42T yung sakin :(
