They all are running freelancing services along with company's work gaining adavntage of being within the company and charging heavily, for RO filter kit approx Rs. 4900/- max to max they will go upto Rs. 4000/- and within that they may change the filters with duplicacy, u may get huge loss if u r unaware about there work. Most of the filters including Biotron may be used/old one. Just sharing my experience... During warranty they will never change the filters, but just after warranty they will keep on calling to get under AMC, luring u for changing the filters.

I purchased. Now almost one year. Customer service also very good. I called to replace filter. They came with in 2 hour and replaced. Very nice guys. Go for it.
