A help !! Only one difference between this guy and MD761HN/B is the flash drive capacity. Now I am confused whether i go for 128 gb version or 256 gb version as it will cost approximately 10K more. :( Kindly help me with the drive storage whether the 128 gb sufficient or not, because i don't want to spend the 10K more only for the sake of Drive storage.

Sharing personal experience after using apple macbook air 2017, iwatch series 3 non crllular, iphone 5s, iphone SE and iphone 6s and iPad 2019.
So, I believe, I am elligible to review apple products.
Frankly speaking apple hardware quality is compromised.
It is not the same as it used to be earlier when steve jobs was alive.
During that time, apple was most innovative brand and best in the market in terms of innovation and hardware reliability. Today although it is worlds first 2Trillion dollar company, things have changed.
I bough macbook air in march 2020 from Pune and it stopp working in August,20.
when I visited apple service centre, they said the mother board is corroded.
I dont know how it got corroded and there were lot of rusting in it.
I never ever spilled any water droplets in it. Even the service centre guys also confirmed the same that there is no sign of water spill in the macbook by me. (they can verify water spill as there are a kind of papers indicators sticked to motherboard in macbook, iphone and other apple devices using which they can confirm water spill. This you can check even in iphones where you inject sim card if you will look inside properly you will find a white color paper. Its job is similar to a litmus paper to change its color if any water spill occures.)
ok, so, coming back to topic, they confirmed me that there was no water spill by me but still it is not covered under warranty as per apple policy.
And the replacement cost for the same will be 33000. Almost half the price of laptop.
Then I contaced customer care, they took some time but somehow they replaced the mother board without charging any extra price.
During this whole processs (3 weeks). I contacted a many persons who are very regular user of macbooks, iphones and also contactem them who even work in other apple service centre.
Most of them confirmed me that, this apple is not the same which it was during Steve Jobs was alive.
They receive a tonssss of issues related to macbook every day and to my utter surprise most of them are not covered under warranty due to apple policy.
And many of them have same issue of water corrosion.
Although, I got the resolution for my macbook, I am afraid that if the same issue occurs again, I will not get any resolution because they had mentioned that as per apple policy, they never cover this (motherboard corrion/rusting) under warranty and so in future if it occurs they will not provide the resolution even though the fault will not be from my side.
Touchwood, I have not experienced such miserable experience with my other apple devices in such a lesst time, but yes my iphone 6s (out of warrant) speaker and mic is not working properly, for which the repair cost is 1.5k which is not very high.
But, yes this macbook experience was worst and this can happen with anyone if this is a regular issue.
And as I said many of service centre guys confirmed they recieve a tonns of issue in macbook air and pro as well every day.
So, I must say, if you are spending your months of salary and a huge amount for buying macbook for the sake of hardware reliability, wait , think again coz the things have changed brother 😊
Thanks form reading such a lengthy thing and thanks to my friends for providing me details regarding other service centre and letting me know that the apple quality compromised was a myth, but now, Its TRUTH...

This is just linux , but little devpoped not more.And also applle aftersales services are worst in india.Secondly company is giving you spoiled pieces like applle is selling rejected pieces in india , thats why in india , every applle users are facing only one problem motherboard died after 1 year and 2 months or 1year or 6months.And applle nature is knows everybody , they never repair parts , they replace whole thing.And my almost 8 freinds when i was im collage , faced same problem motherboard died issue like they are setting clocks inside motherboard.
And interesting thing is they are taking 52,000rupees for replacing motherboard , in which only i add more 7thousands and i get new aaplle leptop.anyway applle having bad reputation in india and also after giving them somuch 10x money than other countries and selling us just rejcred pieces from world , because of india having no proper consumer laws?
